We know that discriminating homeowners care about maintaining their homes—we do too! Concierge du Maison is a home maintenance plan, which ensures the safety, energy efficiency, and preventative maintenance of your home, at an affordable price. Convenient quarterly service appointments take the worry and hassle out of your life. Our promise is your peace of mind.

First, we perform a comprehensive home inspection to develop your personalized checklist and identify any maintenance issues. Then we simply schedule a seasonal appointment each quarter. We reserve some time during each visit to address items on your to-do list. Any additional work is billed at a discounted hourly rate.

 

From changing light bulbs to testing for gas leaks, a typical home maintenance plan would include the following tasks:

Fall

Safety Tasks

  • Update home maintenance logbook

  • Check railings/grab bars for loose screws

  • Replace burned-out bulbs

 

Health/Energy Efficiency Tasks

  • Change HVAC filters

  • Clean and reverse ceiling fan operating direction

  • Clean dishwasher filter [once per year]

  • Inspect door weather-stripping

 

Preventative Maintenance Tasks

  • Exercise plumbing shut-off valves
